Role & Responsibilities

  • Display genuine care, respect, and hospitality to all guests who enter the boutique, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and spirit of Loro Piana through the “Selling Galateo.”
  • Offer warm, friendly, and professional greetings to all clients upon arrival and departure from the Atelier Space and sales floor.
  • Serve as the Maison's storyteller by sharing the heritage, craftsmanship, and exceptional raw materials that define Loro Piana, creating meaningful and memorable moments for clients.
  • Ownership of client “prospecting” activities both independently and in tandem with Client Advisor partnership.

  • Identify client experience, product knowledge, and storytelling opportunities on the sales floor and translate them into focused coaching priorities to elevate execution and consistency in partnership with store leadership.
  • Partner with Store Leadership and Retail Excellence teams to reinforce storytelling standards, strengthen service delivery, and create impactful on-the-floor learning moments.
  • Support a continuous coaching culture by contributing to feedback cycles, in-store training activations, and dedicating meaningful time to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain exceptional product and aftersales care knowledge across all categories and confidently communicate seasonal launches, artisanal techniques, and Maison initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of boutique events, VIC activations, and special experiences, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Reflect and share insights with Store Leadership regarding opportunities to optimize the client journey, hospitality experience, and storytelling execution within the boutique.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Maison at all times, fostering an environment of warmth, curiosity, and excellence for both clients and colleagues.

Education & Experience

  • Passion for luxury, hospitality, and storytelling, with a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage clients and build authentic relationships.
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills with the ability to influence teams through example.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

This opportunity is being offered with an hourly range of $25-$30.00.
