Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) → Fractional or Full-time Startup Founder, CEO

\n \nAltura Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work directly with founder Lee Lorenzen to help fund and scale one of the ideas the the EIR already has or one of the ones that Altura Ventures has been incubating.
\n \nThis role is designed for entrepreneurial operators who want more than a traditional executive position. You will begin as a fractional Founder/CEO, helping shape product, growth, fundraising, and execution—with the opportunity based on the quality of the concept and the initial fundraising success (which Altura Ventures will manage) to transition into a full-time Founder/CEO role.
\n \nThrough Altura Ventures’ GEM System, you will receive hands-on support for fundraising, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and growth execution.
\n \nWHAT YOU’LL DO
\n \n• Optimize your existing startup's positioning and/or brainstorm a new idea with Lee Lorenzen (see
\n• Select the opportunity that best fits your experience and interests
\n• Work alongside Altura Ventures using the GEM System ( to raise $250K in 3 months
\n• Operate as a fractional Founder / CEO during the initial fundraising and growth phase
\n• Transition to a full-time Founder / CEO role as milestones are achieved
