The team aims to make the web a better place for all individuals and organizations, fostering responsible design. - Role Summary: As a Product Designer, you will contribute to creating AI-powered Advertiser experiences while leveraging your skills in visual design, interaction design, concepting, and prototyping. Your work will help evolve the design system and framework while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human-Computer Interactions, Psychology, or related field - Experience in user interface design, with proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch - Strong sense of interaction design, including accessibility and inclusive design - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of UX research methodologies - Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated through visual design or user research - Design portfolio and/or user research case studies - Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in AI-powered design projects - Familiarity with Fluent Design language and design systems
